Return and Refund Policy

At MyGlob.in, a venture of TradeMantri, we aim to provide smooth and transparent services to all our users. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which payments made for our services may or may not be refunded.

1. Services Covered

• This policy applies to all paid services on MyGlob.in, including but not limited to:

  • Premium property listings

  • Featured ads/promotions

  • Subscription packages for agents, developers, or agencies

2. No Refund on Services Rendered

• Once a listing, advertisement, or subscription is purchased and activated, fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage.

• Users are responsible for choosing the correct service package before making payment.

3. Exceptions (Refund Eligibility)

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error.

• Payment made but service not delivered/activated due to a system issue from our side.

4. Refund Process

• To request a refund (only in eligible cases), users must contact us within 7 working days of the transaction.
